SNM's faculty are deliberately drawn from the industry, not from academia. Each faculty member is a senior practitioner currently leading work at a major advertising agency, production house or digital marketing organisation. Some bring three decades of agency leadership; others bring active campaign and production work running this week. The combination is the point. Students learn the discipline from those who set the standards and the craft from those who deliver to them.
